Inquiry terms

Private collection sale

The cards are sold by Arne Kristoffer Aas from his own private collection. Contact: arneaka@gmail.com. You can ask about one card, several cards or a wanted list.

Your inquiry is non-binding

Submitting an inquiry on this website is not a binding order and does not trigger any payment. I check availability, condition, shipping and the total price, and reply within 1–2 days. A sale is only agreed when you expressly approve the details. Any reservation of cards is agreed separately.

Prices and payment

Card prices are shown in Norwegian kroner (NOK). The total amount, including agreed shipping and any cash-on-delivery fees, is confirmed before a sale is agreed. Payment is arranged through Vipps or cash on delivery. Cash on delivery requires a shipping service that supports it. No payment is made directly on this website.

Condition and photos

Cards are near mint (NM) by default unless an exception is stated for the relevant card. NM does not guarantee a particular professional grade. Catalogue images may be reference images. You can ask for photos of the front and back of the actual card before deciding.

Shipping and delivery

Cards are carefully protected with bubble wrap and a suitable envelope, parcel or box. Shipping method, cost, dispatch timing and expected delivery are agreed before the sale. Shipping costs depend on the shipment and destination. Multiple cards can usually be combined in one shipment. Pickup is not available.

Errors, damage or disagreements

Contact me at arneaka@gmail.com if a card does not match what we agreed, or the shipment is damaged. Describe the issue and, if possible, include photos of the card and packaging so we can investigate.

Sales between private individuals are normally governed by the Norwegian Sale of Goods Act (kjøpsloven). There is no statutory right of withdrawal of the kind that applies to ordinary online purchases from a business. Any voluntary return is agreed separately. These terms do not limit rights under the law applicable to the sale.
